Dr. Marlon Rollins is a distinguished licensed mental health counselor and professional clinical counselor with over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health sector. He holds a master's degree in counseling psychology and a Ph.D. in educational psychology from Ball State University. Dr. Rollins has served as CEO and COO for some of the largest behavioral health providers in the United States, leading transformative initiatives to enhance mental health care accessibility and quality.
He is the author of *Healing the Impoverished Mind*, *The Resilient Heart Journal*, and *Resilience: Between Pain and Purpose*, which introduces the groundbreaking concept of Growth Codes—an innovative framework for personal and psychological resilience.
Dr. Rollins’ mission is deeply personal. Over a decade ago, he lost his sister, Amber Rose Rollins, a compassionate nurse who struggled with mental health challenges and exhaustion, ultimately ending her life. This profound loss ignited his unwavering dedication to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and substance use disorders, advocating for greater awareness, understanding, and support.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Dr. Rollins is an ordained clergy member and a kidney donor, embodying his belief in selfless service and the power of purpose-driven living.
