Darcy Haag Granello, Ph.D., is a Professor of Counselor Education at The Ohio State University and Founding Director of The Ohio State University Suicide Prevention Program, the largest comprehensive campus suicide prevention program in the United States. She is an Ohio LPCC-S. She has published over 80 articles, has made over 350 presentations and has secured over $6 million in funding for suicide prevention. She is the project coordinator for a collaborative initiative with OhioHealth that is intended to provide comprehensive suicide prevention programming for the employees within the OhioHealth system. She is co-author of six books, including three on suicide prevention and intervention.
