Christian Raymer is a leader in crisis intervention, nonprofit strategy, and system transformation, with over 15 years of experience in crisis services, emergency response, and program development. As the Chief Programs & Development Officer at Crisis Support Services of Nevada (CSSNV), he oversees Nevada’s 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and multiple specialized crisis hotlines, ensuring critical support reaches thousands of individuals each month.

Christian has led large-scale program restructures, increasing CSSNV’s crisis response capacity by nearly 200%, strengthening victim advocacy services, and expanding statewide crisis intervention efforts. His expertise extends to suicide prevention, trauma response, first responder wellness, and crisis system operations, making him a sought-after voice in crisis care innovation.

Beyond program leadership, Christian remains actively engaged in frontline crisis work—continuing to take calls to stay connected to the evolving needs of those in crisis. He has trained thousands of first responders in emotional first aid and peer support, developed crisis response protocols, and worked alongside government agencies and nonprofit organizations to create sustainable, high-impact crisis programs.
