Johnell Lawrence has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, he serves as the Assistant Vice President of Community Engagement at Vibrant Emotional Health. Additionally, he worked at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene as the Covid-19 Deputy Director of Clinical Operations Support Center/Equity Lead and in Health Equity. His framework and expertise centers transforming systems within organizations and s by addressing processes that reinforce persistent harm caused through all forms of unjust practices, which negatively impacts outcomes and effectiveness. The goal is reimagin these systems by building bridges to passion and understanding, leading the way to deepen organizational impact, vision and change.
