Dr. Lori N. Scott, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist in Pennsylvania and an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Her research focuses on interpersonal and affective processes that confer risk for suicide and other mood-dependent behaviors such as non-suicidal self-injury and aggression. The ultimate goals of her work are to develop improved assessment tools, identify novel points of intervention, and develop personalized just-in-time interventions to improve mental health outcomes.
