Dr. Taylor Moore is a director at ICF with more than 18 years of experience managing, developing, and implementing evaluation strategies that assess the impact of public health and behavioral health programs at the community, state, and national levels. He has spent the majority of his professional career managing and evaluating public health and behavioral health programs aimed at improving the health and well-being of individuals, communities, and service providers. Dr. Moore serves as the Project Director for the national 988 Lifeline & Behavioral Health Crisis Services Continuum Evaluation funded by SAMHSA. Previously, Dr. Moore led the Evaluation Training and Technical Assistance (T/TA) teams for the national outcomes evaluation of the Garrett Lee Smith Youth Suicide Prevention and Early Intervention Program and the Zero Suicide National Evaluation. In a previous role as Vice President of Program Evaluation at the Centerstone Research Institute (CRI), he led a department of over 70 evaluation staff working on 50 grant-funded evaluations of prevention, treatment, and recovery programs. Dr. Moore led statewide suicide prevention and youth violence prevention programming, T/TA programs, and evaluations at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE).
