Allie is a sixth-year clinical psychology doctoral candidate at the New Jersey Gun Violence Research Center at Rutgers University, and is currently completing her pre-doctoral internship program at New York Presbyterian/Weill-Cornell Medical Center. Her research focused on the intersection of firearms and suicide. Specifically, her work has sought to determine who uses a firearm in a suicide death, and ways to increase secure firearm storage among those at risk for suicide. In September, 2025 she will begin as an assistant professor in the New Jersey Gun Violence Research Center at Rutgers University.
