Dymond is the Colorado Office of Suicide Prevention's Comprehensive Suicide Prevention Program Manager. She is the state lead for the Colorado-National Collaborative (CNC) and serves as a subject matter expert on aging adult suicide prevention. Dymond was born and raised in Denver, CO holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the Colorado School of Public Health and is passionate about equity and working on strategies to improve health outcomes for underrepresented communities across her state.
