As a psychologist, I specialize in the development, delivery, and dissemination of specialized clinical interventions for anxiety disorders and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). My goal is to work with clients to decrease suffering and enhance well-being. I provide empirically supported psychotherapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and exposure-based treatments such as exposure and response prevention (ERP) for obsessive-compulsive disorder and prolonged exposure (PE) for PTSD.
I work with adults of all ages. I take a warm, collaborative, and integrative approach that is informed by evidence-based treatments. I am a culturally oriented therapist and strive to do anti-racist and LGBTQIA+ positive work. While not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking with my dog, and meditating.
