Austin Starkey is a clinical psychology doctoral student at Louisiana State University. Austin's research interests include the development and adaptation of interventions for adolescence experiencing suicidal and self-injurious thoughts and behaviors, specifically brief interventions which may be accessible to youth in place of alternative methods of care (e.g., inpatient psychiatric care).
