Susan Paredes started her career teaching German at Metuchen High School and Edgar Middle School. After ten years she became the Assistant Principal of Metuchen High School, a role she served in for eleven years. As Asst. Principal Ms. Paredes worked closely with at-risk youth and was a member of the I&RS Committee and Traumatic Event Team. She worked with the SAC and CST and also served as Anti-Bullying Specialist.
She returned to the classroom in 2020 and is currently teaching.
